In this work, 34 renowned researchers from four nationalities, teachers, technicians, businesspeople, association leaders, from different academic and scientific backgrounds, from Management and Accounting to Marketing, from Law to Geography, in fields as diverse and/or complementary as Social and Tourism, or attracting investment, have created an essential tool for anyone interested in dealing with change strategies, governance and business models applied to public management, namely the smart city management model, innovation in a territorial context , the importance of spatial data, the digitality of territories in supporting decision-making and transparency, the paradigm shift in the relationship between public administration and the rights of those administered, accountability, the duty of transparency and the need for communication.
